Frequency hopping PKE/RKE keyless access control system based on NXP S9KEAZ128

The keyless access control system has revolutionized the development prospects of automotive security applications, bringing users a new comfortable and convenient experience. The technology has gradually entered the mid-range car market from the high-end car market, with great market potential. The global keyless vehicle access control system market is expected to grow from US 55279.70 million in 2016 at a compound annual growth rate of 6.06% to US达到7518.76 million in 2022. There are two main products in the keyless vehicle access control system market: passive keyless access control system (PKES) and remote keyless entry system (RKES). The automotive keyless access control system solution launched by Shiping Group is developed based on NXP S9KEAZ128, NXP NCF29A1, NXP NJJ29C0 and NXP NCK2912. It has the characteristics of high integration and low power consumption, and integrates the functions of IMMO, RKE and PKE.

【Function description】

(1) IMMO: Wireless communication between the vehicle and the key is carried out to achieve identity verification, and the verification results are displayed on the LCD.

(2) PKE: Based on NCF29A1, the key terminal transmits a remote control signal at a frequency of 125KHz, and receives a 125KHz signal at the car terminal, which can test the sensing distance, and display the verification result on the LCD after verification.

(3) RKE: Based on NCF29A1, the key terminal transmits a remote control signal at a frequency of 434MHz, and receives a 434MHz signal at the car terminal. After the verification is passed, the verification result is displayed on the LCD.

(4) CAN bus function: The control of the CAN bus is achieved through S9KEAZ128.

Under static conditions, the base station keeps sending wake-up signals on time (including KEY-specific IDE + random code+ and other information); the Key is in sleep mode, but the LF receiver on the key continues to work independently. When the signal received by the LF receiver matches the Key (there is a specific codec process), the key Will be awakened and feedback status information to the base station through UHF.

The PKE operating frequency of this scheme is 125KHz, and the RKE operating frequency is 433MHz, which cannot be matched with the key of other operating frequencies.

The carrier information is encrypted, and even if the current door opening signal is intercepted, the next door opening signal will be different. For more specific information, you can refer to NXP's original HT3 encryption method and PKE/RKE operating mode.

Wireless controlled distance

How many meters is the farthest distance of the wireless remote control. If it is 2.5 meters, is it too short? Can this distance be adjusted?
