1. Important Note

Please read this README file and all the supplied documentation 
BEFORE you continue the installation.

2. Installation Notes 
=================================================================
This software is only installed for JEOL Scanning Micro Scope(Model
JSM-6*60 series).

This software allows External controls(with Web function) from EDS etc.

3. Installation Instructions
=================================================================
 1) Close the SEM GUI.
 2) Open "eng" in the CD-ROM.
 3) Execute Setup.exe acording to SEM Installer version.
	\v6.00-v6.70(6000)\setup.exe:	SEM INSTALLER Version 6.00 - 6.70
	\v6.71--(6000)&v1.00--(5700)\setup.exe:	SEM INSTALLER Version 6.71 or more
						SEM(JCM5700) INSTALLER Version 1.00 - more

     After the system has restarted, you can use this functions.

4. Known Issues

There are no issues to note with this release.

Ver1.11: Positioning with JED.
Ver1.12: Image aquiring to JED in SCAN4.
Ver1.13: NTFS
