There are two ways to install the DppMCA software. 

1) Copy the DppMCA directory to your computer and run the dppmca.exe file. You must have read/write access to your computer.

2) Run the setup file. This will install DppMCA to your Program files directory, create a shortcut on your desktop, create a group in your Start->All Programs, and associate .mca files in Windows with the DppMCA program.
