TestDppSDK_USB.vi Development Notes

USB Setup

• Verify Amptek USB Driver is installed.
• Verify Full VISA is installed.
• Plug-in your Amptek device.
• With NI-VISA Driver Wizard locate the Amptek device (VID=10C4,PID=842A) and create a VISA driver entry.
• With NI-Measurement & Automation Explorer, verify your Amptek device VISA USB is visible.
• Refresh the VISA selections in the TestDppSDK_USB.vi panel.
• Select your USB device.
• Run TestDppSDK_USB.vi.
• Verify the DPP Status Cluster is Updating with your USB device information.
